Patrick
Ferry Shuttle Coordinator
With SBF from the start
Most booked · airport shuttle
Patrick, our shuttle coordinator, is there for every flight and ferry arrival. Instead of facing the crowd of drivers competing for fares, you're met by a familiar face and walked straight to your Philipsburg or Marigot shuttle.
Also available · with your ferry or on its own
Plenty of people book these without a crossing at all — grab them standalone if that's all you need.
Met at the arrival gate as you exit — before customs and immigration — and fast-tracked through by our partners inside St Maarten's airport.
Your driver meets you at baggage claim with your name on a sign, arranged in advance. Your own car, anywhere on the island — no sharing, no waiting.
It all books in one checkout with your ferry — or entirely on its own.

Private charter · your schedule
Peak season — Nov · Dec · Feb · MarSkip the timetable. Your own boat, your departure time — direct to Gustavia, or across to Anguilla and the neighbouring islands. Ideal for holidays, groups, or when the ferry schedule does not fit. Book alongside a crossing, or entirely on its own.
Two harbours · pick your dock
Both operators run daily into Gustavia. Philipsburg is fastest from the airport; Marigot suits the French side and villa stays.
The quickest hop from the SXM airport side.
Longer distance, faster boat — the same ~55 min.
Before you travel
Patrick, our ferry shuttle coordinator, meets every flight and ferry arrival. He'll greet you and point you to your Philipsburg or Marigot shuttle — so you're not left to the crowd of drivers competing for fares. Your meeting point and timing are in your confirmation email.
Our airport partner waits just before the customs and immigration area, wearing a yellow fluorescent vest. Airport policy means they usually can't hold a name sign, so please approach them directly. Full instructions are always included in your confirmation email.
Your driver meets you as you leave the baggage-claim area, usually holding a sign with your name. Every private transfer is arranged in advance, one-on-one with Chris, and the details are sent in your final confirmation email.
Private crossings are planned individually — there's a lot of coordination involved, so each one is handled as a one-off. Send an inquiry through the private boat page and Chris will work out the details with you before you travel; everything is confirmed by email.
From SXM airport, Philipsburg (Great Bay Express) is usually quickest and runs most often. Marigot (Voyager) suits the French side and many villa stays. Both cross to Gustavia in about 55 minutes — Voyager covers a longer distance but runs a faster boat.
Yes. The airport shuttle, VIP fast-track, private taxi and private boat can all be booked on their own — or added to your crossing in a single checkout if you're sailing with us.
Yes — every passenger needs a valid passport for the crossing, and some nationalities also require a visa. Check your requirements before you travel and keep your documents easy to reach on the day.
